Gay Marriage is a Right: US Supreme Court Says

Here is a link to the Supreme Court Ruling ruling, arising out of an Ohio case, in which the United States Supreme Court has ruled the Fourteenth Amendment requires Ohio to license a gay marriage between two people of the same sex.   All states must recognize a gay marriage between two people of the same sex lawfully performed in another State.
